Ampersand has been appointed to conduct a search for a Sydney based Pursuits Manager on behalf of our client – a high profile, global financial services firm with a strong focus in the insurance industry. This is an outstanding opportunity for an energetic, hands-on practitioner who is highly adept at building and leveraging internal and external networks to deliver significant revenue growth for the firm.

A high-profile role, you will be required to engage with key stakeholders across the firm to implement and execute successful pursuits across the financial lines, risk and property verticals. This will be done by creating compelling value propositions, effective pricing strategies, seamless pitches and influencing key decision makers internally and externally.

The successful candidate will have at least 3-5 years’ experience managing complex bids and pursuits – ideally with some experience in the financial services industry. Those coming from a professional services or IT background will also be highly regarded – provided they have been involved in the development of dynamic content.

Critical to your success in the role will be your demonstrated qualities of leadership, energy, resilience, collaboration and the desire and confidence to work with a demanding stakeholder group to deliver the best outcomes for the firm across its focus client groups.
