Since 2008 — at the commencement of the GFC — our five-year business journey has been unprecedented. We’re proud to have evolved from a start-up challenger firm to a market leader.
Our Ampersand Search and Ampersand Executive businesses have grown from strength to strength. We attribute this to operating with authenticity and an unwavering commitment to delivering value at every touch point of our client and candidate experience.
We now have an Asia Pacific consulting group of 25 with powerful collective experience between us. You could say we’re a senior team of highly experienced fast movers. We embrace change, expect evolution and hold ourselves accountable for delivering this. We continue to have our sights set firmly on the future growth of the business, ultimately for your success and ours.

We’ve launched into Asia With an increase in the demand for our services abroad, supporting our vision to be a global leader, we’ve opened an office in Singapore. Our clients have told us they need great people and counsel in Asia. We’ve listened and are going on that journey with them. Our Asia business is led by the best and brightest. We remain uncompromising on the quality of our consulting and leadership team as we do when building yours.
