Our client is an enviable professional membership-based organisation, dedicated to improving local and regional business operations. As such, we are looking for a Training Manager to develop and deliver an integrated training program to support this business-critical ERP transformation.
Focussed on CRM and Finance platforms, we are seeking an experienced and senior Training professional with demonstrable experience developing and managing end-to-end training requirements for large scale, technology programs – ideally with MS Dynamics at the core.
Joining the program from its inception, this position will report directly to the Program Change Lead and will be responsible for conducting the Training Needs Analysis, the design and prototype phase, together with all delivery elements from the appointed training team, support tools, materials, evaluation and budget.
In a year of uncertainty, a blended and creative approach towards training, in order to underpin this large-scale transformation, will be required.
Initially offered as a 12-month fixed term contract, this is a brilliant opportunity for an experienced Training Manager to own, drive, shape and deliver the training requirements of this ERP transformation program.
Tertiary qualified in learning or Human Resources or with equivalent practical experience, you are a senior practitioner who has strong experience in the design and delivery of training solutions for MS Dynamics, spanning CRM and Finance streams.
Whilst your Training credentials and experience will be self-evident, it will be your ability to engage and influence all levels or an organisation, that will determine success in this position.
