Our client, a leading sports organisation in Australia has recently undergone significant growth and is looking for a number of roles to sit in the marketing team, including a high profile Strategic Partnerships Manager. Reporting through to the Marketing Director, you will be responsible for amplifying the existing partnership base to maximise commercial and brand benefits and integrating partners into marketing activities and programs. Additionally, you will cultivate robust relationships with key stakeholders in partner organisations to achieve significant partner satisfaction and the certainty of long standing relationships. Importantly, you will develop the strategic partnership framework to identify and assess aligned brands and potential brands, to ensure you bring multiple partners into the portfolio each year.
To be successful, you will have experience in business development and partnership management coupled with outstanding relationship management skills and the ability to manage multiple partnerships with vastly unique priorities. You will be strategic in mindset and map out your approach to key partners, whilst gaining buy in from senior management.
