Our client is a leading financial services organisation that is looking for an experienced Social Media lead that can drive an enterprise wide social media agenda and pioneer a robust roadmap for enhanced customer experience. Reporting into the Head of Digital & Social Media, this newly created position is a business critical role that will champion effective social media strategies that aid with enhanced customer experience and business objectives.
Working within a fast paced and engaging commercial digital team, this role is built for a passionate and data driven social media strategy leader who is naturally commercial and inquisitive by nature.
As an experienced Social Media specialist you will bring a solid understanding of how to effectively develop, deliver and lead an enterprise wide social media strategy by leveraging valuable insights, your social listening & social servicing skills and proficiency across Lithium and Salesforce.
With an excellent understanding of social media you will be the key liaison point across Marketing and Corporate Affairs and will provide leadership and subject matter expertise to cross functional teams and agency partners, Facebook, LinkedIn and more by ensuring that effective social media measures are activated and maximised.
Critical to your success will be your ability to communicate effectively within a large stakeholder matrix environment and to drive effective social media strategies in a customer centric and commercial approach. Further, you are commercially astute, known for your analytical nous and problem solving skills, in addition to being a fastidious change agent.
To be successful for this position you must have a strong background in digital including, definition and delivery of customer experience through Social Media.
Degree qualified, you will bring strong numeric, analytical and planning skills to your role.
