Dynamic medical consultancy are seeking a strategic Senior Marketing Manager to join them on an interim basis for 3-6 months

  • $150,000 + super + benefits + flexibility

Industry leading medical consultancy are seeking a highly motivated, energetic Senior Marketing Manager to join their team for an initial interim period, while the business build out a new organisational structure.

Reporting to the CEO, this is a key role responsible for leading the marketing team and supporting the leadership team to execute their recently launched marketing strategy.

You will be responsible for: 

  • Leading, managing and coaching the marketing team to deliver key projects to achieve growth targets
  • Overseeing the roll out and management of all external communications and campaigns using multiple channels and mediums to drive leads and engagement
  • Creating engaging and persuasive communications across all channels that drive lead generation
  • Guide / direct the marketing team to create highly targeted campaigns that help drive and nurture traffic through each stage of marketing and sales funnel, through the delivery of compelling content
  • Helping shape and deliver a comprehensive programme of marketing activities / campaigns for each business unit
  • Using data and insights to drive a clear return on investment, with a specific focus on persuasive content marketing

 You will have:

  • 8 to 10 years senior level marketing experience working in a similar role
  • Strong background in communications and integrated campaign management – strong at messaging, developing, and rolling out messaging matrix
  • Proven team management and leadership experience and ability drive projects forward
  • Structured, measured and pragmatic approach with a willingness to be hands on when required
  • Previous experience of working through digital transformation / change management / pivots
  • Exposure working in a dual B2C & B2B environment, and experience working with agencies
  • Experience in integrating marketing tech stacks and how tech drives / distributes communications
  • Ability to hit the ground running (ideally worked as a contractor or consultant previously)
  • Experience working in a high growth technology company, financial services or consulting will be highly regarded
