We consistently deliver higher gender diversity outcomes for our clients – around 70% of all successful appointments are women and around 50% of senior appointments (over $200,000 remuneration p.a.) are women. We also have a strong talent pool of women in our firm, with over 70 percent of our employees being women and around 60 percent of our partners being women.
