Our client is an established and respected member based organisation looking for an experienced marketing automation manager to join their team on a 12 month fixed term contract.
The role will deliver activities across the enterprise that identifies key opportunities and customer pain points in the overall customer journey that can be addressed with marketing automation. This is a whole of customer role across all portfolios that acts as a strong co-ordinated focus to optimise efficiencies and ensure single customer view.
Reporting to the Head of eCommerce, you will design and deliver best practice personalised journeys by utilising analytics and data led insights to continually optimize and improve performance using SalesForce Marketing Cloud.
Working with the broader team, you will be leveraging behavioural data and analytics to provide recommendations and optimising journeys with A/B testing tools to increase engagement and drive higher conversion.
You present with a minimum of three years martech experience preferably with SalesForce Marketing cloud, have a strong knowledge of CRM and analytical systems and are proficient in customer focused targeting, experimentation and segmentation techniques.
Analytical by nature you are organised and methodical with the ability to manage multiple projects at a time. You are equally known as an engaging team player and collaborator with exceptional relationship management skills.
With a degree in eCommerce, Marketing or Business, a passion for executional excellence, and a keen eye for detail, this is a role that will see you take your Marketing Automation experience to new heights.
