Presenting with a highly complex stakeholder and customer matrix, we are looking for exceptional practitioners in the stakeholder engagement and corporate affairs affairs arena who are poised to drive and manage this business critical stakeholder function across this diverse lifestyle, educational and tourism-led organisation.
Reporting to the Director Public Affairs, the Manager Stakeholder Relations will play an instrumental role in the engagement and influence of organisations and community groups, clubs and associations such as the Department of Environment, Land, Water and Planning, catchment management authorities, private land owners, friends groups, volunteers, licensed tour operators, research institutes and the broader community.
As the manager of the stakeholder relations, you arrive with demonstrable experience in operating a strong partnership approach across a very complex and layered stakeholder matrix. Further, you are equipped with experience in identify and prioritising stakeholders to best respond to political, social and environmental changes.
As a practitioner you are accountable, collaborative and act with integrity. You are open minded, consultative and are known for your customer first approach. Additionally, it is your knowledge, experience and understanding of complex and diverse stakeholder platforms and how to best engage and influence them and will play a key role to your success.
Naturally, you are politically savvy, arrive with extensive experience in stakeholder and issues management to deliver mutually beneficial outcomes and rigorous experience in managing relationships across both the public and private sectors.
