With a clearly defined global brand, customer and product strategy, this role is responsible for driving acquisition and portfolio growth across their brands and segments covering the Australian and New Zealand markets.
This role will be leading a team of digital experts and will be responsible for defining and managing the acquisition and portfolio strategy across an integrated channel mix as well as driving engagement across multiple regions, brands and customer segments.
Reporting to the Marketing Director, you will deliver digital marketing customer lifecycle strategies and execute best practice programs across fully integrated digital channels. The ability to lead, influence and drive customer acquisition and profitable portfolio growth and retention in a highly contestable market and for multi brands and segments whilst engaging senior cross-functional stakeholders and external partners is critical to success.
The successful candidate will be accountable for managing significant digital marketing spend whilst leading and facilitating external relationships including Facebook and Google to name a few. The ability to leverage insights and build strong robust customer lifecycle strategies for multi brands and segments is paramount as is the ability to execute with precision and with active focus on performance and optimisation.
With a proven track record in performance led digital marketing ideally with a global online player, you are known as a strategic marketing digital leader who is results driven and insights-led with proven executional ability and has operated across regions. Proven credentials covering programmatic, SEM, display, social, EDM is imperative. The successful candidate must have exceptional attention to detail, be able to read the play, be commercially astute, highly strategic yet hands-on in their approach and possess an appetite to proactively impart best practice.
