The search for the key to develop happier customers relentlessly continues on. In this article by CMO, Azadeh Williams writes, “World leading brands that maintain the highest level of customer experience satisfaction are more than twice as likely than others to employ comprehensive leading edge technology solutions, a new global survey found.”

The use of leading edge technology by these iconic firms has never been greater and they are leading the way with the use of AI to help them on their way. Caution needs to be used because a balance must be created to ensure that the use of technology and personal effort should be applied in finding and developing the best form of customer experience technology investment.
